18 Months

* Discuss wedding ideas, dates and budget with your partner 

* Make a rough guest list

* Book Church or registrar for ceremony

* Book venue


12 Months

* Finalise guest list

* Choose your bridal party

* Begin wedding dress shopping

* Book caterers

* Book photographer / videographer 

* Book band, DJ and any other entertainment


10-11 Months

* Book Florist

* Start researching honeymoon options

* Book any other entertainment such as photo boots, sweet carts and lawn games. 

* Schedule tasting with caterers


8-9 Months

* Book cake makers

* Book venue dressers

* Book hair and make-up

* Shop for bridesmaids dresses and accessories

* Book overnight accommodation for yourself and out-of-town guests

* Send out save the date cards

* Design and print wedding invitations

* Plan ceremony and reception decor


6-7 Months

* Your half way there! Book a pamper day for yourself 

* Shop for wedding rings

* Organise suit fitting for Groom and groomsmen

* Arrange transport for your wedding day

* Do a test run of your hair and make-up 

* Finalise honeymoon plans and book

* Book wedding vendors and pay deposit

* Organise hen and stag parties 


4-5 Months

* Send out wedding invitations

* Set up website for RSVPs, day plan, gift list and other helpful details 

* Pick any readings, hymns and prayers

* Meet with Registrar or Vicar to run through ceremony plans. 

* Select and order wedding cake

* Purchase accessories for wedding ceremony such as ring holder

* Arrange equipment such as PA systems, projectors etc
